Right of withdrawal

Always contact us first at info@multitastes.com if you wish to return your product.

If the buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he/she must only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether the buyer wishes to keep the product. During this period the buyer will treat the product and its packaging with care. The buyer shall return the product with all delivered accessories and, as far as possible, in the original condition and packaging, according to the reasonable and clear return instructions of Multi Tastes. The purchaser is responsible for the correct return shipment. The purchaser is therefore advised to return shipments by registered post and insured and is responsible for keeping the return shipping document.

The purchaser has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The buyer has another 14 days to return the product(s) after the cancellation. The purchaser will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs related to the return of the product will be borne by the buyer. Consult the website of the carrier for the exact rates. If the purchaser makes use of the right of withdrawal, we expressly recommend that the purchaser sends back consignments by registered post, insured and properly packaged. The responsibility for the correct return shipment lies with the purchaser. The purchaser must keep the proof of sending with the track and trace data of the insured return consignment. If something goes wrong with the return shipment, the buyer can then hold the carrier liable. To make use of this right the buyer should contact Multi Tastes via info@multitastes.com. The buyer can also use the model form for withdrawal (PDF), but is not obliged to do so. Multi Tastes will refund the amount of the order within 14 days after notification of the return if the product has been received in good order.

If the order appears to be incomplete, damaged or defective, the buyer should contact the customer service within 3 working days.

 

Exceptions

  1. Custom-made products: Some products purchased by the buyer are custom-made. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.
  2. Hygienic products or products with a health risk of which the seal has been broken: The buyer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal is not broken. If the seal is broken, the order is final and cannot be returned.
  3. Products with a limited shelf life: Some products that the buyer buys through our web shop only have a limited shelf life and therefore cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is thus final after successful payment.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints to us by sending an e-mail to info@multitastes.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
