As soon as we ship your order, you’ll recieve an email with a track and trace code so you can track your parcel. This could probably take around 1-2 days. If you haven’t received this code after 2 days, please contact us so we can look into it. 

Delivery times may vary depending on the country the parcel is shipped to. For more information on when the parcel should arrive, see the delivery tracking.

If you’re not home during an attempted delivery, your parcel might be delivered to a pick-up point. Please keep an eye on the delivery tracking, as you might not receive a seperate email about that.

Return your order step by step:

1. Report the return. You can do this by contacting us at info@multitastes.com. Mention in your email the order number and the product(s) you wish to return. The order number can be found in the confirmation of receipt that you automatically receive via e-mail when you place an order. Always wait for our approval before returning your order!
2. Deliver your parcel. The invoice that you received in the parcel must also be returned. Make sure you include the (correct) return address on the parcel. Take the parcel to the nearest DPD parcel point. The employee will handle it further with you. The costs for the return are at your own expense. Please also note that you should keep the proof of posting, so that we can trace the package if anything goes wrong. The buyer is responsible for the correct return shipment. Our return address is Deltalaan 209, 7417 VG Deventer, the Netherlands.
3. We will refund you within 14 days, provided the return conditions have been met. Please note that not everything can be returned.
