Ingredients: rye flour 52%, wheat flour 20%, water, sugar, wheat bran, rye malt 1.6%, yeast, salt, caraway seeds, baking agent (wheat flour, bean flour, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid), wheat gluten. The company also uses eggs, peanuts, nuts, soya and sesame are also processed.
